The Friends of Droste Foundation was established in 2018 to continuously draw attention to the cultural and historical value of Droste. We do this by sharing information on this website, recording stories and organizing events.
COLLECT STORIES
Many Haarlemmers or their family members were employed by the old chocolate factory and have special memories of it. We collect their stories so that we can publish them on our website. Look here for a first impression.

Following the unprecedented success of the Open Monument Weekend (approximately 1,500 visitors enjoyed our building and our stories), we as the board naturally want to draw attention to the Friends of Droste Foundation.
